We’re looking for a Part-Time Bulk Operations Coordinator to work in person at our Goliad, Texas shop.

This position is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines at once.

Position Details

Location: Goliad, TX — in person only
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 24 hours per week
Pay: Hourly, based on experience
Equipment: Work computer + phone provided

What You’ll Help With

This role supports the day-to-day operations of our bulk apparel business, including customer communication, order organization, mockups, online storefronts, invoicing, coordinating with production partners, inventory accuracy, and preparing completed customer orders.

Applicants should be comfortable communicating through email, phone calls, and Zoom, working on a computer, using spreadsheets and online systems, accurately counting inventory, and lifting/moving boxes as needed.

Experience in customer service, administrative work, apparel, Shopify/e-commerce, invoicing, embroidery, screen printing, project coordination, or similar work is a plus — but organization, reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are most important.
